* Why is the site not involved in the actual transaction?
Ans. The main reason for that is simply that in many parts of the world, a reliable and trustworthy system for making payments over the Internet does not exist. By enabling users to contact each other directly and decide their own mode of payment, stronger financial trust can be established between the seller and the buyer.

* What if someone does not post their contact info in their posting?
Ans. In that case, you can add comments to the posting to request more information about the person who submitted that posting.

* How often can I post?
Ans. For now there is no limit on the number of posts. However, repeating posts about the same content is prohibited. Automated posts by robots are not allowed. You may read more in our Terms of Use.

* How long does my post stay on the site?
Ans. Your post will stay on the site for at least 30 days. After 30 days, YayCheez.com reserves the right to remove any listing without notification.

* Can I add a picture to my posting?
Ans. You can add pictures on each listing as long as the cumulative size of the listing remains below 5MB. We will reject all listings with (or without) images if the total size of all images and text is greater than 5MB.

* I have items for wholesale. Can I upload my listing?
Ans. We encourage all types of posts, with or without commercial interest. We welcome wholesalers and recommend them to post as many items as they want.

* What should I do if someone harasses me by posting a prank posting?
Ans. Please contact us at contact@yaycheez.com with the URL of the posting, so we can block the posting user from creating further problems.

* How can I post anonymously and still receive responses?
Ans. You need to provide a valid email address in order to post any new content. This is required in order to hinder automated postings by bots, and to be able to block users who submit content in violation of our Terms of Use (

* What can I do if a transaction goes wrong or a person/post is not being honest?
Ans. If you feel you've been cheated in a transaction or that there is false advertising on the site, please let us know so we can look into it on the site, and so we can be prepared to provide whatever help we can to police and other investigators.

* Can I guarantee that my post will be viewed?
Ans. No, we cannot guarantee that any post will be viewed. What posts are viewed depends entirely on what visitors are interested in buying.

* What if the seller and buyer are at a large distance from each other?
Ans. In that case, it would be very hard for the buyer and seller to meet or contact each other directly, and decide on a trustworthy mode of delivery and payment. So such transactions are highly discouraged, and we do not take responsibility for any inconvenience caused by such a transaction. It is highly recommended that buyers only contact sellers who they can directly meet face-to-face.
